- At least 2 teams in play offs for URC & EPCR by 2029
- One team consistently in top 3 and 1 team winning the Celtic Challenge by 2029

Foster a thriving and sustainable community game
- 10,000 actively registered women and girls by June 2029 with 10% of registered participants from ethnically diverse communities
- 22,850 Actively Registered Boys aged 12-18yrs by June 2029 with 10% of registered participants are from ethnically diverse communities
- 90% active registered level 2 and 3 match officials to referee
- Engaging 25,000 young people from ethnically diverse communities
- 95% of clubs will have an active club development plan and will be on a rolling review programme of self-assessment

Accelerate development of the women and girls’ rugby ecosystem
- Number of fixtures for Celtic Challenge – increase to 12 each season
- 50% of senior Wales Internationals playing in Celtic Challenge
- Increase elite female match officials on Pathway by 50%
- Increase female Performance Coaches in role by 50%

Engage and grow our Welsh rugby nation through a positive brand and narrative
- Increase average attendances across the game and diversify the Welsh Rugby audience
- Increase positive sentiment and feeling towards Welsh Rugby and WRU through our achievements

- Refinance our balance sheet to reduce cost of debt and support increased investment in our game

- Externally validated as one of the best/smartest tech innovators within UK sports.
- Building ticketing forecast models that are accurate to a variance or +/- 5% for all Professional Welsh Rugby Fixtures
